4 tips of getting healthy

Tip 1: Set yourself up for success

Thinking about what is your healthy diet plan as a number of small, manageable stops rather than a  big drastic change. Just make your plan simplistically, like thinking of what color, variety, freshness in your diet. Start to low and make some changes to your eating habits over time, like adding salad on each diet. You don't have to be the perfect of change on your diet, any small change can improve yout diet matters.

Tip 2: Moderation is key

People are always thinking about how much is a moderate amount of each diet, they research on internet to find out the best way for them to do that. However, please try not to think of certain food as off-limits", if you ban some certain of foods or group which are natural to want those foods more, which will affect your body growth and health. Therefore, you should think about how to strike the balance between those foods.

Tip 3: Consider about how you eat in stead of what you eat
Healthy eating habits can be learned and changed this is important to slow down to eat rather than eating between meeting or rush to eat. Try to eat with others whenever possible, which has numerous social and emotional benefits for all people. Take time to chew your food and enjoy the mealtimes, please chew the food slowly and savoring every bite, this can improve your health. Eat breakfast and small meals throughout the day. Some people would like to have "brunch" because which can save time. However, please don't think about it, a healthy breakfast can get you energy on morning, and small meal can keep your energy rather than three large meals.

Tip 4: Eat more colorful fruits and vegetables

It is no doubt that fruits and vegetable can improve our health, they are low calories and nutrient with certain type of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. Eat more greens like dark lettuce, Kale, mustard green with plenty of iron, calcium, vitamins A,C,E and K. Eat sweet vegetable like corn, carrots, beets can reduce your cravings for other sweets. Fruit can fulfill your vitamin C.














Recipe: Easy Perfect Dinner - Salmon with Bokchoy


Ingredients:
 1 salmon
 4 spring onions
½ cup of coriander
 ½ cup mint leaves
2 tablespoons of soy
1 Teaspoon of grated ginger
2-3 bokchoy

Method:
     1.     Chop spring onions, coriander, mint leaves and place in a bowl
     2.     Add soy, lime juice & grated ginger to chopped greens, and set aside
     3.     Cook salmon in pan or on a BBQ skillet till pink in the middle
     4.     Steam bokchoy
     5.     Assemble:
          a.     First place bokchoy onto a plate
          b.     Then lay the salmon on top
          c.      Spoon over contents of greens over the top
     6.     Enjoy!

This is a very healthy dish to have either at lunch or at dinner. It is a simple, easy to make and also easy to clean up. It is high in protein and has low calories and not high in fat.

Subway is a fantastic place to have either have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is fast, healthy, tasty and cheap.
Nothing is fried or high in calories. We wish that they would open up more subway franchises and keep us Australians looking good and healthy.

Have you guys ever noticed that subway doesn't have drive through? So when ever you want to eat at subway, you have to park your car and come inside. This is a great marketing idea not only is the food healthy but the idea of parking your car and walking inside to order instantly at least kills a few calories before you consume one of their tasteful subs. 

Not only does Subway cater to those who wants to eat foot longs or 6 inches but it also cater to those who want to eat meat and salad only(salad bowls). The way Subway has laid out their stores from one side to the other has allowed customers to choose their bread, meat and then salads. This has recreated the dimensions of ordering normal normal food into making your own master piece. Only Subway allows you to make your own magnificent customized master piece

Another reason on why Subway is so different is that they care about what we eat by letting us know how many calories we have consumed by literally printing the calories on the serviettes. Do you know any other fast food franchise's that does that? They also provide a different variety of bread which helps digestion or diets. As well as that they also provide low fat sauces which is good for those who are on a diet. Those who are on a diet don't need to stress out on not having sauce in their subs but can now decide what type of sauces to have from their many ranges or low fat sauces.

For those of you who have never tried Subway, well let me tell you! You guys are missing out! Go try it today!

Importance of Salads - West Ryde Hotel

The value of a salad to a meal is quite substantial in my eyes. A fresh salad provides no better taste, nor is it healthier for a person to eat from my experiences. Not just the refreshing taste of vegetables and the healthy side, but most of all how specific salads can complement a dish, even make it.. So I will implore the most common combinations of salads in meals.

The most basic salads involve these common ingredients: cucumber, tomato, lettuce and onion. Olive oil and vinegar is sometimes added to such salads to differentiate the taste and meet someone's wants of who you are cooking for. These are the salads that you are more likely to receive when going to pubs, complementing the steak and mash or the grilled chicken for example.

West Ryde Hotel is one of my person favourites, since they have a vast array of salads available. The rocket salad is my favourite combination of taste and availability. At West Ryde Hotel, they use 2 teaspoons olive oil, bacon rashers, baby rocket (washed), tomatoes, parmesan cheese and a Caesar salad dressing. This particular dish goes well with both red meats and chicken. West Ryde Hotel even allows consumers to cook their own steaks to the degree which they enjoy it, and this to me means alot to how much a person enjoys a meal overall.

The constituents of West Ryde Hotel's food is fresher than most pubs in the Western suburbs and is a major reason to why it is one of the most popular. Overall, the rocket salad they provide ensures that every meal has a refreshing and healthy side to it.
